By accessing or using SpecsGamer.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Benchmark & FPS Estimation Disclaimer

The estimated framerates (FPS), CPU/GPU bottleneck percentages, and hardware compatibility ratings displayed on SpecsGamer are calculated using normalized synthetic algorithms calibrated against real-world test telemetry and verified community submissions.

Important Notice: Real-world PC gaming performance may vary depending on driver revisions, background processes, Windows power plans, RAM clock speeds and timings (XMP/EXPO), thermal throttling, and specific game patch versions. All benchmark metrics are provided for informational and planning purposes without warranty.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All original code, algorithms, 3D visualizations, user interfaces, branding, and design elements of SpecsGamer are the intellectual property of SpecsGamer.

All game titles, cover artwork, logos, and trademarks (e.g., Grand Theft Auto, Cyberpunk 2077, Black Myth: Wukong, NVIDIA, AMD, Intel) belong exclusively to their respective developers, publishers, and hardware manufacturers. Their inclusion on SpecsGamer is strictly for identification and compatibility evaluation under fair use principles.

4. User-Submitted Rig Reports & Reviews

Users may submit game performance reviews and rig reports. By submitting content, you grant SpecsGamer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and aggregate this telemetry data.

We reserve the right to remove any submissions containing vulgar language, spam, commercial solicitation, fraudulent hardware specs, or malicious links.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpecsGamer or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools, configuration files (such as settings.xml), or third-party game links.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
